PurdyProfits was created from years of hands-on experience working in the world of thrift, resale, & online marketplace management.
After spending years identifying, researching, & selling valuable merchandise across a wide range of categories, it became very clear that many thrift shops were knowingly letting valuable items slip through the cracks on a regular basis.
Every day, stores receive donations that include collectibles, antiques, vintage toys, glassware, video games, jewelry, & other specialty items that can sell for significantly more online then they ever would in a retail environment. The challenge her is that identifying & selling those items properly takes time, research, & experience.
Purdy Profits was created to bridge that gap.
Founder Dylan Purdy has over a decade of hands-on resale experience, spending years identifying, evaluating, & selling valuable inventory across both independent resale & high-volume thrift environments.
With a background spanning 7+ years of professional experience in eCommerce & in-house auction management within one of Pennsylvania’s largest thrift organizations, helping to identify value, improve online sales, & move inventory more strategically.
That experience has shaped PurdyProfits into a business built on real-world resale knowledge, practical decision-making, & a strong understanding of what actually sells, both online & in-store.
